Do you really have to actually see it done to believe it?

I saw a video a few years back of someone doing it. Engine was removed. One of the coolest things I've seen. Don't know where the video is. I didn't see it on Runryder, but for the life of me I can't remember where I DID see it.

But yes, it is definitley do-able.

Engine Removed. You are kidding, Right?
What do they do?... Hand launch from a cliff face, for the ultimate blade stop auto. And Pray.

And Yes, I would have to see the "no engine trick" to believe it.
And no my names not Thomas.

If the wings are traveling faster than the fuselage, it's probably a helicopter.

I just spent the last 30-40 minutes on G3.5 at the Sierra Nevada cliff sloping the Dominion 3D. I must be getting better because I used to have to take three lbs off it's weight to maintain altitude. It did fine tonight at full weight!

I wish we had some real slopes around here. I'd love to so some real slope soaring with planks.

Go here on a 15-20 NW,NNW,N. Many people hang glide and paraglide off of it. Pack lite because its a real mother to get up.

I had to try it on the sim after reading this thread. Now it is all I want to do on the sim. I wish there was some good slopes nearby to try this out.

What I like to do the most on my RealFlight is not to Throtle Hold but to cut the engine (K)! Now you just ear the wind on your blades... soooo cooooool!
