Heres some pictures of a Vibe 90 SG that im building for a friend. Im still currently building it and more photos will be added. This is one of the nicest builds ive experienced. The SG is worth every penny spent, JR really paid attention to every little detail. Cant wait until I have one to call my own (one more year of college to go). Well enought talking here they are enjoy

John
p.s. sorry for the Vibe 50 and Trex 250 photos, too much to deleat the individual photos while at work

That's just it, I know there's not a ton of them out there but who has had an issue with theirs? I haven't read or heard of one.

The 700 is my next choice but I know I would spend just as much on it, even if it doesn't need it.

I own two of them, one is FBL.
on this FBL SG90, I initially installed same JR8717 HV as you show in these photos, I had glitches and crashed on first day.

I detected the anomaly on the first low hovering while braking the YS.
By 3rd tank it finally went on transit and crashed down.

Tried to find glitch and concluded it was the servo' metal case against the CF frame; exchange servos from Vibe 50 JR8717 and glitch disappeared.

I already mentioned this incident to Vibe90SG and; I do not recall, him reporting back any issues with his heli.- Nevertheless, be sure to do a range check with engine on & off before going airborne and look for glitches at low altitude while hovering on maiden flight.

both helis fly with 2.4 spektrum Rx.

Hi Mancha,

These days I've been flying my SG with 8717 and SG Reactor X. I just started rebuilding my second SG with 8717HV and 7100R. I will report back if I have any glitching issues with it.

Regards,
g

Looks great. Also, pay attention to the 2 links holding the flybar cage and make sure the JR logo faces the right way when the rotor head turns. There has been some reports of them coming off. Came off 3 times on my SGs and I didn't know what the problem was until I met Scott Gray at IRCHA and he suggested that I check the direction. No issues since then. I also use a cyclic ring. It helps with binding issues. It is VERY easy to get binding in the SG's head if it is not setup properly and very carefully.

Let us know how things go.

Regards,
G
