The reason I am selling this heli is two fold - first - as of late i have been spending much more time with 90 sized nitro birds, second I want to build/try something new and have too many helis, need to get rid of one. I would much rather see someone enjoy flying this bird rather than have it sit in my garage.
This is my last TREX, hence all the batteries and TREX spares go along with it. You should know that in order to accommodate the NEU 8s power plant i had to slightly modify the frames and motor mount (numerous threads on how to do this.. very common). I did have some spare CF laying around so i also fabricated a frame brace for the main frame area around the motor and batteries. Probably not needed, but i liked the idea of additional support (you may be able to see it in the pics.. however i did try to 'blend it in' so its not really noticeable unless you look closely at it. You can convert this back to 6s/stock motor, but i seriously doubt you would want to do that!
If you fly futaba i can also send you my config file for this bird so you can get flying in under 30 mins (just add an rx!)
Price: $2k I am not going to mess around and start with an insanely high price.. Priced to sell - please no low-ballers and i'd rather keep it than give it away.
Prefer local pickup (SF Bay area) but can ship if needed. If you have looked around at all you will know that this setup has quality components (the batteries alone would cost 2k..), the spare NEU motors would be $500...
