Hi WrenFlyer, You wouldn't have a picture of that battery mounting and how you secure the battery.

If it cannot fly on it's own, then I won't be much help....

thanks Alan, for your battery info, i still have to choose this and like others i want to install the battery same way as you, your cobra looks and fly's sweet. i am in the same boat as you Clive, i still have to fly my swift pod and boom yet, i have been buying different things for it each week, what servos do you people suggest?,price not a concern only performance...Cliff from RC Aerodyne sent me a plug n play head and blades for my trex 500 to go with my apache 500 i pre-orderd from him,"next project then approach apache" i am new to all this myself and plan on using sk360 also. i am doing the same to my swift now, haven't even flown FBL yet but just love the look of them...do i need to change tail blades to have enough hold.

I'm using ino-labs HG-D650MG and I hope they will be good enough for the SK360 and RJX head.

This is probably more than what is needed, but too much is better than not enough!

I used the 760 servos, faster is better with FBL! The heli is better locked in a hover with faster servos. This is what I used: http://www.helidirect.com/inolab-hg...ervo-p-8077.hdx

The Carbonite gears are less likely to develop slop like the metal gears, especially since we don't plan on crashing these helis!

Here's my battery pictures, I also through in a few shots of my mock up of the interior.

Thanks Alan, just what the doctor ordered.....That will be the way I will go I think.
What are your battery specs and who makes them. They look like TrueRC.

How much trouble to fit the battery?

If it cannot fly on it's own, then I won't be much help....

It's an Outrage 6S 4200. http://www.helidirect.com/outrage-x...ries-p-7738.hdx

It's not too bad to get out, comes out the bottom hatch.
