Another impressive flight by Alan.

I have a question, though, and I don't mean it in a demeaning way. But what is the layman supposed to see in that video versus a flight with a heli that has a fly-bar?

Maybe an explanation of what is different in a maneuver using the FBL system versus the same maneuver without the FBL system.

Nice Flying Alan - but next time, dont stay in Hovermode switch to ildeup2, and really spank it

Can it crack?

Has the FBL unit been tested on other helis, with other rotorhead?
Or is the system "optimized" for the T700 and the new T700 FBL head?

I think the key here is all of the best maneuvers are possible with FBL, while at the same time reducing parts and complexity in the head a bunch, and a boat load of rotational drag.
You take flybar, paddle alignment, and 3 additional sets of linkages out of the picture. Less time to set up, less ongoing maintenance, and far less crash cost.
