I just had to replace some blade grip holders.I would just like to make sure of one thing. on B/400 the shims on the fly bar keep it tight ,so that the rotor blades don't shift from one side to the other,correct?One thing that I don't like is how much of angle the small linkage that goes from the fly bar to the rotor head is on.They could of moved the connection alittle more outward on the flybar..I think.

Yes, the shims are a necessity to keep the head tight and the blade grips from shifting into an uneven position. I think with the metal head they got rid of linkage problems/ geometry.

Thomas,you said metal head.Dose eflight make one? or any cnc head,the whole top end cnc.I could get that for $59.00 at this place.

wondering if it worth it. I just had to change one blade end,the plastic ones,stock.Also wonder if it would make it fly any better. It flies ok now.well Im just learning too.

Eflite actually makes the head. I've never seen the one you linked me to in use on a blade 400. The Metal Eflite head will in fact make the helicopter fly better. You wont notice it in a hover, but you will in 3D.
