I got an itch and decided to try the Protos on 2200 headspeed with the mini-v onboard.
Simply AMAZING.
I can't believe how responsive the Protos is at only 2200 rpm.
FBL on the Protos is a dream come true.

BTW: 2200 hovering with some forward flight takes about 11 amps on 6S

can you show some video please?
If you are able, I would like to see if it will do some lazy tic tocks and stationary flips at that HS.

I'll try and get someone to take a vid this weekend.
I can assure you it will do stationary flips, rolls, tic-tocs, funnels, etc. no problem.

My plan today is to take a whole 6 min flight and see my avg mah consumption is compared to my usual 2600 rpm flights.

I'm feeling pretty spoiled by having the ability to switch between 4 idle-up flight modes (3 different headspeeds) at the same time all flight data is being recorded to the CC Ice ESC.
Not only the flight modes in the transmitter, but I can switch between 3 different setups in the mini-V with one switch on my transmitter while flying!

All of this and I only have two pieces of electronics - the ESC and the Mini-V.

My test flight today at 2200 rpm averaged right at 300 mA per minute. This flight was full of rolls, flips, tic-tocs and funnels (very little hovering or forward flight).

My next test will be only foward/backards flight.

Here is a chart from a flight today @ 2200 rpm. This was just fast forward flight with some rolls here and there.

This 7.5 minute flight took 1700mAh out of the battery, for an avg of 226 mAh per min.

That's pretty impressive flight time from such a low mah battery.

I know - it's seems a little expensive for what it is...
Just close your eyes and hand over your VISA.. don't think about it - just buy it.
