I just got a Vigor CS and I am in the process of cleaning/going through it. I took the clutch bell out to check and clean the bearings. While putting it back together, I noticed a slight amount of slack between the cluch and the inner part of the bearing. Is this normal and do I just use it as is or do I need to replace the bell?

There is not suppose to have any slack between the bearing and the clutch bell housing. If its not too much you can use Loctite 640 bearing retainer or Loctite 262 red. Make sure it is completely clean before using the Loctite. Also wait until it completely dry before use. If there is too loose then you need to buy a new clutch bell.

Take Care,
Cheers, Patrick
