Posted this over on HF, but I figured I'd see if anyone here could help also. I'm planing on building a Logo 600, but Ready Heli is currently out of the 600 FBL, and I've had no response to an email asking when they'd get more... So I'm thinking of buying a flybared 600 and converting it to flybaress assuming its not way more $$$. Does anyone have any idea what parts I'll need? I'm assuming I don't need to purchase the complete 600 FBL head and that most parts; blade grips, feathering shaft, swashplate, ect would carry over. From what I can tell the main parts I'd need would be a FBL rotor hub, swash driver, and linkages. If anyone one could confirm this for me I'd appreciate it.

I'd start by looking at the cost of the stabilization units, this is going to be the major cost for you.

yeah, not worried about that. I would by the flybarless combo kit with V-bar if they had any in stock, just trying to figure out the parts and $$$ required to convert the head. The V-bar head kit is about $60 more then the flybar kit, so if I could do the conversion for about that I'd buy the flybared kit so I didn't have to wait.

The money saved is in the combo with the electronics. If you buy the kit, convert the head and then buy the VBAR you will spend about $200 more and have a head you can't use.........Ron

I think you will save about $150 if you get the vbar combo vs paying extra for the vbar unit and head.
