Guys,

I need a measurement of the diameter of the one way sleeve for a 600N. I need to know what the sleeve measures where the bearings "rides" on it. I would actually be most interested in a measurement off a good working used sleeve. Reason I ask is they cant seem to fix the locking up issue with the one way on the Velocity and it has the same one way bearing as the 600N so it must be a sleeve issue, I believe it is just slightly too small diameter.

Thanks

O.D = 18 mm

I.D. = 12 mm

If you're not living on the edge you're just taking up space !

I need the OD of the sleeve where the bearing "rides", not the bearing size. The Velocity sleeves have been around 11.93mm-11.98mm (depending on how hard you pinch the mic) and I am thinking this is slightly too small and allowing the bearing to overdrive.

Yup, Thats the part. Is that measurement a new sleeve or a used one?

This confirms my thoughts on the sleeve being to small and causing the locking up issue.

THANK YOU!!

I would go along with your theory , I beleive the small difference in any bearing issue would result in problems .

Ya! The OWB is over driving for sure and that is why they lock up and/or break free! Since the 600N doesnt have an issue with the OWB and the velocity has the same bearing that leads me to believe that the problem isnt the bearing. Must be the sleeve. Fortunatly mine hasnt been breaking free but it does lock up every flight.
