This looks like a Robbe Futura SE Nice bird.

"How high do they go? Are those things hard too fly? How much do they cost?

This looks like a Robbe Futura SE
But the mostly plastic main rotor gives it away as the SS. But the SS had a plastic engine mount and this model has metal. What has been left original and what parts have been upgraded to SE spec?

Yes, this is the Super Sport. I upgraded ALL the bushings to ball bearings. Including the servo rocking tray. And like you saw, I replaced the motor mount with the metal one. I also moved the rudder servo to the boom and connected it to the tail with a carbon rod.

Thanks for looking!

Bump for seller and:

Not wanting to quibble ... I just want to show off my vast knowledge of Futura trivia.

The Futura SE has a 1 piece aluminum motor mount ..all dark, not shiney. The SS had a 3 piece motor mount ... a dark colored plastic center piece that attaches to the frame, and two shiney flat aluminum side pieces screwed to the center piece.

The motor mount on this heli looks like stock SS mount. I seem to recall that there was a time when this mount made it easier to install a 90 size engine in a Futura SE, because the side pieces could be trimmed, to accomodate a different size drive pulley with the standard size belt.

OK ... enough showing off.

By the way, that is a Beautiful SS.

...and now it's my turn...

I just want to show off my vast knowledge of Futura trivia.
And I get to show how dumb I am. I just looked at my SS and sure enough, the engine mount is a composite of built-up metal and plastic parts. I thought it was all plastic. Oops...

Yes, this particular Futura is in great shape.
