Hello All

I purchased blades from this ebay trader on 30 June 2009 - 2 sets of blades for a Trex 600N. Still waiting for them to arrive. I was continiously told they had been sent, then that replacements had been sent as I had not received the original package. This was a ploy to drag the matter out, past the 45 days insurance we have using Paypal. I have tried to get a refund, paypal have tried to help, but to no avail. Beware, this is just a way to pass the 45 days insurance period offered by paypal. I have learnt the hard way by being too trusting with this seller, Seemyy.
Would be keen to hear if anyone else has had a similar experience with this trader.

I had a similar one where the seller did the same to me but before the 45days I opened a claim with paypal and they opened a case.
It will notify the buyer of such and also freeze his account.
If the seller still does not do good they will pull the money from his account providing that he has the funds available which luckily for me was the case.
If the seller does come through they will also close the claim with no harm to either party.

Yeah Bob thanks. Am aware of the 45 day rule now. He was just clever how he did it and hoping to get away with it. I just want to bring this to the attention of all our heli buddies. Although past the 45 days for a claim, paypal have contacted the seller SEEMYY for me, but hes not even responded to that. Cheers Adrian

I've made purchases from the shop : Communication has always been prompt : and on some pretty wild deals were as we were flipping and changing inventory count - with additional invoicing, shipping in one package with multiples. Order acknowledgment has been within 24 hr's with a average transit of the parcel around 12 days.

His follow up has always been very through also : I consider his service as 4A + excellent and will continue to purchase. Great service and responses to E- Mail's almost ASAP

I see your in Scotland and wonder if theirs a postal code or custom's clearing error on your side of the water - and their all setting in a mail Depot waiting for your acknowledgment.

I'd apologize and see if he will give you information you can take to your postal depot. Doubt if he will keep sending more blades if they don't reach your destination.

I'd make a face to face with your postal Mgr. Youd' be surprised - they may be waiting for you.
