Ive been flying it with the same settings for 3 months, and after finally getting the gear issue resolved, it yesterday started to give me collective pumps randomly. I autoed down scared that id lose it, reset it and tryed to just spool up....while spooling up it gave a quick bounce off the pad. Nothing bad enough to break anything, but its all cyclic servos, 8717s, I cant replicate it on the bench, and everything is mechanically tight.

Ive prob missed something, anyone have any ideas.....

Definitely check that sensor wire. If you pull on the wire it may seem hard to pull out, but if you wiggle it and it comes out easy then i would suggest glueing it in. Or just glue everything to just to be safe.

Check the bank switching connector for lose connection.

My 600N with bank switching on Aux port had the same problem with heli pitch pump by itself. Crashed, recoved the heli, found no pitch control but cyclic working. Loss connection on aux port switched the vbar to bank 0 which I forgot to setup.

Good call, they all "seemed" tight, except the pitch.
I charged the flight pack, it was about 750mah out of 1500, plugged everything tight, and havent had a chance to test yet.
Ill report back.

Everyone I know that has a V-Bar, Shoe Goo's the plugs in. They have a nasty tendency to loosen during flight. I do it a little differently. I could take a pic and post it here if you'd like (I just can't stand glueing servo plugs in...).
