Hello all --

I just bought an align motor and pinion for my 450, and trying to slide the pinion onto the motor shaft is really really tight. Do I need to put this in a vise in order to slide the pinion on the shaft?

thanks

If you have the right pinion diameter it should slide easily over the shaft, do you know the diameter of the motor shaft and pinion?

The new trex 450 motors use a 3.5mm shaft. The previous motors used a 3.17mm shaft.
