i have a bad vibration at slow spool up........its fine when im at full speed........checked over head and everything seems fine... new main shaft, new spindle, new bearings, new tail rotor shaft, main blades are balanced, flybar paddles are even distance ..........i cant seem to figure it out...... any ideas.... thanks.

also at zero pitch on the gauge its all level.............. but when i spool up the pitch is way off.

how are checking pitch while its spooled up?

low speed vibe is normal

I had the same thing with my Rex 450. Mine turned out to be blade tracking. Even if everything checks out during set up, the blade tracking could be off a turn or two. Pick one blade and rotate the linkage one way or another. If it helps smooth things out then your going the right way. If it didn't, try an extra turn in the opposite direction.
