I'm looking at having a set of custom bellcraks machined to suite FBL geometry. What grade aluminium are the SE bellcranks machined from?

MY guess 6061 . But me I would spring for some 7075 . Machines better and polishes up better ! Not much more for the size of a piece you will need .

But why don't you get the solid aluminum ones ,drill, tap and trim them yourself ?

+ 1 on what Ironhide said. 7075 machinces better. They both have about the same strength, but the only real difference is that you can not weld 7075. They make M16 lower receivers out of 7075. If it holds up in full auto guns it will work for your application.
