I had that same question a while ago, found all the info searching all the forums. Its not hard, is your 600 TT or belt? If its belt you'll need to convert to TT I think. I thought I bookmarked the link to a forum Topic that explained the whole process with pictures but I didn't, it is out there though so search around.

Old but still valid:

I've gone with a motorized tail now though.

you just need a t rex 700 torque tube and boom, it will fit the rex 600 without mods.

You will need to cut the 700 boom about 40mm otherwise your torque tube will be too short. That's what I did on my 600ESP..

a guy showed photo of how to do it, there is a thread about that..i'll post up once I see it

I wonder why everyone is stretching the 600 with the torque tube, wouldn't it be easier to just get a longer belt and a 700 boom?
I do not see why this would cause any problems since also the Maxi Joker runs a 800 boom with belt.
The only belt conversion would just cost a fraction of the torque tube.
Just need a belt, a boom and longer main and tail blades.

Actually its pretty cheap conversion with torque tube especially if you already have a torque tube 600E and Jffry7 is right you will have to cut the 700 boom to get it to work very easy conversion you may want to change stab rods they will be kind of short but still usable Also Some guys are changing flybar to 700 size too just drilling out for two larger bearings and using 700 flybar for better stabability.
Cheap way to go to a 700 size bird.

Also don't forget the metal blade grips, a must for the conversion. Flybar conversion is optional. I converted both my trex 600e to 700, with the flybar conversion and 700 tail. Both are running Tango 45-06 motors with CC HV85's.
