The esc is amazing! Running on Gov high mode works amazing!! HEre is Data logging from my most recent hard 3D flight.. I mean hard.. Piro tic tocs, 4 points, pogos etc. I must have really good collective management at the amps in getting!!

Can you post some pics of your ESC installation. I thought some folks were having problems fitting the ESC.

Its the Ice Lite 75! Fits perfect no problems! The std Ice 75 with heat sink wont fit without cutting the heat sink some or cutting the frame

That's an impressively low amp draw. Are you using the stock motor?

Looks like you could have gotten away with an Ice 50 that has 10 second peaks of 90 amps.

Tech,

I would do two things to your heli:

- Move the tail servo to the other side of the boom

- Not wrap the tail servo wire around the support.

Reason for both is when I crash my Protos the boom usually gets bent pretty good, if there is no slack in the tail servo wire, you could pull them out of the servo and moving the servo to the other side will protect it from a paddle or balde hitting it.

povern.

Screw It, I'm gonna fly

good Idea.. I am using the stock motor on 15T 6s 2600 35C lipo! I am putting 14 degree's of pitch on it at times too! hard 3D flight with piro tic tocs which pits a big load on it along with 4 point tic tocs!

How is it possible that motor RPM follows the green (AMP's) line?

Sweet heli. Ever since Corrado allowed me to debut the Protos in the USA, it's been my favorite e-heli in this class.

OK, I completely screwed up with the motor RPM being the "same" as the amp draw! That was power in! Here is the Log flight from a yet harder flight today! I did several 13.5 degree full pitch loops that put a tremendous amount of load on the motor and yet only pulled 45.4 amps! Motor RPM only changed by about 500 RPM's which with a 15T pinion about 80 rpm on the head speed!

Where are you calculating only 80 rpm for headspeed, it is not shown on graph? RPM log does not translate to actually disc load and loss of rpm through governor funstion..?
