The best recipe for salsa requires no chopping or cutting of any kind.
5 tomotios (Roma Tomato's as red as you can find.)
3 fresh Jalepenos
A little celantro
Remove stims and put all this in a microwave safe bowl. Put that Bowl in a walmart bag and tie it in a knot. Microwave it till the peppers are soft. You should be able to touch them with a fork and they will puncture.
Let it rest for about 10 mins. Caution it's gonna be super hot to the touch. Pour all that into a blender. blend till you like the consistancy.
Tip: if you cool it and cook it again being careful not to change temp too fast, it gets like ten times hotter.
You can also add onions, but you'll need to cook them down a little before you start. Celantro is good freshly chopped over top.
This Salsa can sit in the fridge for 2-3 weeks before it starts to turn. Add some salt and it buys you anther week.
