I just fitted and set-up my new Futaba GY520 on my T-rex 450 SE V2. I'm using the Align 35X ESC and a Futaba S9257 tail servo.
As I understand it, the 35X is giving out 6v to the servos and gyro. The GY520 is fine on 6v according to the instructions, but the S9257 is a 4.8v servo!
I've read the instructions from front to back, and it does not say you need a 'step down' between the gyro and tail servo?
Does this mean the gyro is stepping the voltage down to the servo, or do I need to fit a 'step down' even though the instructions say nothing about needing to use one??
Please help, as this is the only concern I have now, and I'll be ready to fly
