Hey,

I need a flybarless head for my new AC3X. I'm irresolute about whether I should take the RJX head or the Outrage head. I heared a lot about the RJX head and first wanted to buy it, but then i saw the Outrage head, and i was quite impressed of the look, especially because its a little bit lower on the heli.

Did anyone own it yet and can tell me sth about the quality of the parts and the reactions in-flight?

Thanks in advance!

Greetings, Max

PS: sry for my bad english

A lot of us have them, and the one guy I know who has both likes the Outrage better. I've got 2 of them and they are great. 3 different options for head height, inexpensive parts, and adjustable distance from the center of the head for the links. It's a great product.

Its not photoshop and its not fake.

That is correct. I love the way it flies without. I never flew with a stab system so I can't compare between the two.

No.... Truthfully, it doesn't feel much different than the flybarred model. The big difference is the responsiveness and precision of the collective.
It does roll, flip, and fly faster too with a slightly longer flight time.
I still wonder what a stab system would do for me???...
I enjoy flying my FBL helicopter so much that a three to five hundred dollar system is a big waste of money, IMO.
Another + is the set-up is too easy. Zero pitch at 50% collective and its done. Two identical length pitch links. As for cyclic... my swash is always set for the maximum throw.
I fly -12 0 +12 on my p-curves.
I posted a video from flying the other day if you're interested in seeing how it flies.

Yesterday I finally got my Outrage head, and its looks absolutely beautiful on my T-rex 600! Quality is good, only thing is that the heads of some screws seem to be to large for the dips of the hole. But with a little bit brutality and the help of my dremel the got in.

One blade holder is a little bit stiff to rotate, does anybody know why?

I gonny use it on AC3X, I'm still working on the setting. 6 hours of building just yesterday (need to do some repair too). I got some problems with the limits of the tail servo, because of the tail shaft slide bush. I'm pretty exited on the first flight with flybarless.

It looks so awesome without flybar.. rrrhhhh..
