Question....

Since the AR 7100r has a built in regulator, how can you run the servos on 6v if the regulator regualtes to 5.2? Also, would I need to get a switch to turn the machine off an on since I won't be running the align 2-in-1? If so, what would you recommend?

So here is what I have so far...

Trex 600 NSP
DS 610 on cyclic
DS 650 on tail
AR 7100R
Gy 520

Bubbleless clunk
Metal fan
Header tank
Maverick G5 Wide chord blades
Switch glo
Rev limit sensor

Lmao at the walkeras
as far as the running at 6 volt. I don't I run them at 8. Was a typo. Many ways to do an on off. One is to put an on off switch. Other is to use bind plug as I do as your on off switch

The AR 7100 regulates 5.2-voltage output to the Rudder, Gear, Aux 2 and Throttle channels allowing the cyclic servos to be powered at
high voltage for increased performance while the gyro and throttle
servos are powered by the necessary compatible lower voltage
(5.2V)

Ok, that makes sense but that being the case, would I have to get a regulator for the cyclic servos if I am running a 2s or 3s lipo? Sorry for all the questions, but since I have never purchased brand new, I need as much info as I can!!

Hope I am not being a pest!!

Yes you'll need a regulator.

No voltage regulator needed as the 7100r is one. Don't run a 3s. Receiver packs are 2s
