Quicktoy actually we swapped my 610s on 8 volt for 620s on 8 volt on my 600 FBL and it had waaay quicker cyclic so thats a little inaccurate because the torque of the 620s is plenty
and your the ONLY person ive seen say that so its not inaccurate, its your opinion.

do you know a lot of people that swapped them out in the exact same bird? and flew them back to back?

+1 on the 620s for cylcic and tail. There not made specifcally for the tail, they are just faster.

Align 620s...

-Coreless Motor Design for fast speed, high efficiency, and low power consumption.
-12 Bits signal resolution for smooth movements.
-Aluminum alloy mid case construction for instantaneous heat dissipation, maintaining servo’s high efficiency.
-Powerful and precise servo, suitable for T-Rex 600/700 swashplate and rudder use.

They are very fast on my Knight 600E

You can consider putting the KME engine in - http://www.kmeengines.com/
I listened to this podcast and was amazed at the interview with the owner. Here is the link for the podcast - http://media.libsyn.com/media/insid...KME-Engines.mp3

It puts out 2.48 Hp !!!!

Not cheap BUT not much more considering the new YS/OS prices, about $40 more.

Yep,a few people on here have used both.Like I said, its your opinion, not inaccurate like you said. You do know what a opinion is right, you say there stronger and others say there slower, thats a opinion..In my opinion I rather use the 610's which have more torque, the 620's have less torque so it "will" work harder than the DS610's.

Align DS620 specs :

Volts Torque Speed
4.8 111 oz.in 0.09 sec/60°
6.0 138.8 oz.in 0.07 sec/60°

Align DS610 specs:

133.3 oz.in 0.10 sec/60°
6.0 166.6 oz.in 0.08 sec/60°

I didnt say you were wrong, I said you were a little inaccurate meaning it can go both ways depending on preference, but... The 620s on 8 volt have a higher torque spec than the 610s on 6 volt ;-)

Inaccurate means wrong http://www.thefreedictionary.com/inaccurate .Try to compare both at 8V not just the DS620.People run the DS610 at 8V too so volts for volts the DS610's win.

That again is why I said " a little innacurate". What I'm saying is the 610s have mooore than enough torque at 6volts. So if the 620s are faster no matter what voltage in comparing them to the 610s and at the same time have more torque than the 610s due at 6volts. Then you have a servo that has more than enough torque but is faster especially on a 600

Dude argue all you want cause .1 sec is nothing on cyclics,if you really think the DS620 are better on cyclics cause there .1 sec faster then thats as you said "innacurate".2 of the same servos, one with .1 of more speed and the other 30oz of more TQ,the one with more TQ is better for cyclics, not the servo thats .1 faster.Compare the servos volts for volts like people run them.BTW,you said you ran the DS610's at 6V and the DS620's at 8V but then you edited your post and said you ran them both at 8V .Too bad you didn't run the DS610's at 8V .You must one of your post

I guess you can say there better when you NEVER ran the DS610's at 8V LOL.Next time fix the rest of your post .I seen enough BS for the day, have fun buddy .

I never said that and I'm not arguing just having a discussion. My 90s are all on 8 volt with 610s. My 600 is on 8 volt with 620s. I've never run the align servos on 6 volts so I dint know where that came from. I like both servos. I wanted to see if the 620s were any faster so I bought a set and we swapped them at the field and cyclic was def. Faster on the 600 fbl

If I made a mistake it's cause I've been posting in cell all day
