I have recently bought an A381 "floating" funtech muffler for my YS91SR3C.
It is not clear to me how the header separates from the muffler. Having undone the 2 bolts that hold the anodised ring onto the header, it will rotate but is very tight. I assume there are O rings in there, but how do I get the header off?

I have the A170 (50-size).

The header and pipe has two o-rings between. I recently changed the rings. After loosening the screw that keeps it togheter I used a flat screwdriver to widen the gap that the loose srew normally keeps togheter. Then I could use a very small screwdriver to get a grip of one of the orings and then pull it from its seat. After this the header will come of tha same direction as the o-ring did.

I couldn't find an A170,
http://www.fun-tech.info/lineup/vie...=s&sc=lineup_mf
but does it look like the A381 above?
I have a gold ring which is split in 2 with a single bolt holding the 2 ends of the ring closed. This ring fits around the muffler and sits on 2 O rings , between it and the muffler.
The ring is further attached to the header with 2 bolts, and I understand the header aslso has 2 O rings between it and the muffler.
Having undone the 2 bolts on the anodised ring I could move the header, but it was ver tight and there was no way of knowing how to rmove it.
Does this make sense?

Now it wasnt built the same way. The A170 is discontinued and replaced with A395, a one piece pipe.
