I'm not familiar with what connectors the 5.8 ghz iftrontech comes with. If you post a photo it will make it easier to help.

You just need to connect the yellow RCA connector to get video. The other one is sound - which I cut off to save weight.

If the Iftrontech comes with a universal power / input cable with the same gender AV connector as the LX3, you may need to buy an in-line adaptor as shown below:-

You will probably find that the default settings on the camera don't give live AV out. To fix this, make sure the camera is in record mode then press and hold the delete button for about 10 seconds. You won't get video output in HD 1280X720, but will for all the other settings.

The iftrontech comes with a 4 wire lead which plugs into the transmitter and bare wires on the other end.
All you need to do is connect the red and black to your transmitter battery, and buy a female RCA connector to connect up the yellow (video) and brown (video ground) which will then connect to your lead from the camera.

So you have it wired up correctly? If you do, have you set the battery selecter switch? either 2 or 3 cell depending on the battery you are using.

Have you set the transmitter and receiver channels so they match? the setting are listed on the transmitter.

Just check all your connections and make sure you battery is charged, I had similar problems when first connecting it all up, the first time the battery didn't have enough juice, then I had to play around with the channels. After this it worked fine for a while then stopped going, I did a process of elimination and found there was a faulty cable to/from the camera.

LX3

OUT of Topic question:
How do you trigger your LX3? Did you find an electronic solution?
