I am just going through some routine check up after a gallon of flight with my SDX. I notice that one of the stabilizer control arm stoppers can move freely on the flybar. I try tightening the little M3X3SS allen screw atop, but it does not help. Is that allen screw supposed to secure the stopper from moving? Any idea what the problem is?

If I understand you correctly, you may be feeling a little freeplay between the inner collar and the outer plastic arm. Get either some slow cure epoxy or JB Weld (my preference would be the latter) and bond the inner collar to the inside of the control arm. I think you'll find the slop goes away after you do that.

two weeks ago I thought I had the same problem as you, but I realized my paddles set screws had gotten loose...

Have fun!
