Hello guys! I have a question! I'd like to use only a panomount to create both panos and stills of a location! That means without changing nothing on the mount! What is the best way for create a pano from which I've to extrapolate stills in postproduction? Hope you understand my bad english!

Just take the pano, then use photoshop to crop and size your still image

if it is a spherical panorama you need to convert the equirectangular to a smaller field of view rectilinear. pano2vr makes quick work of this.

A quick and easy solution if the pictures are web based just press "PrtSc" with the view you want. Then open an editor and do a "paste as new image".

Setting your monitor to its highest pixal count will give you a better picture, ie. 1680x1050.

Not high res. but either is the pano :-)
