If the servo is slowly spinning than sticking and not returning to center its busted.

basically to break it down, all servos work when im on heading hold, but when i click off heading hold and the heli starts to spool up the aileron servo starts to move down and will not respond to stick movement, but all other servos do..............im really stumped on this......... anyone ever run into this problem?

+1 on the above...why are you switching out of HH before you take off?

Start a new model memory and do a quick setup to see if it follows the new model. Chances are something got messed up in your trans programming. If not, then possible receiver or servo failure. Can you safely duplicate this on the bench? If so, swap a different servo into that receiver channel to isolate one or the other.
