The O.S. Bubbless clunk. I wish that was on the description before I bought it.

you can get it to fit. you can use a dremel to sand down the sides all the way around making it just small enough to fit. do not use the rubber o-ring. i have them in both my rappy 50 and 30

mine fit fine without dremel or anything. Only thing is you can't use the rubber o-ring but it serves no purpose except to prevent the metal of the clunk from hitting the tank.

Really?

Iceman:No way will that thing fit in my tank un-altered. Are you sure it's a raptor tank you talking about? Even without the O-ring. Maybe my clunk was made a bit larger than normal.

I might try the dremal trimming, I'd hate to have one of those little balls come loose and clog my line up.

Ren: It's gonna take more than this to turn me to the dark side!
Oh by the way, guess what I found stuck in my old main clunk. A big ol'e piece of plastic that looks like fuel tank scraps. Could be why she's acting up going lean huh?
I pulled the engine anyway and replaced the front and rear bearing anyway since I was digging for a solution. The rear one was starting to rust on the cage but the bearings looked and felt pretty good considering they have been in there for 6 months.
Test run today after work. We shall see.
