Futaba Wireless Buddy Box

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ok, i see Futaba has a wireless trainer/buddybox system coming.

So when is JR and Spektrum gonna do the same. Maybe JR guys are just smart enough to never trust such a thing??

Ya, why trust a wireless link between radio's, Maybe just maybe because we all trust the wireless link between the radio and the aircraft hundreds of feet apart. There is no way they could trust one a few feet apart.

I suggested this in the Spektrum Improvements wanted thread over two years ago. Looks like Futaba is reading and getting idea's from that thread also, and actually implementing them. Spectrum on the other hand did just the opposite and came out with the new DX7SE and dropped the buddy box capability all together. DOA!!!!!!!!

Trainer stands next to trainee anyway, why the wireless, 4 feet of wire is fine with me.

I think about the hereafter. I go somewhere to get something, then wonder what I'm here after ?

yea but if you were an AP guy just imagine all the fun you could now have flying around a corner using the buddy system

4' of wire is not a big deal but it is a bit antiquated

I put the fun in dysFUNctional :)

Universal Wireless Buddy Box

I have created a Co-op Piloting System that, since the beginning of the summer when I came out with it, has been called the Wireless Buddy Box.

The Futaba people that were at XFC saw it and told me they were finalizing a product along the same lines....however, in looking closely, I do more then they can do. They are literally replacing the chord and nothing more....

Visit www.2icrc.com to read about it, see pics, testimonials and videos. There is a discussion in the AP section about my product as well.

Just visit http://runryder.com/helicopter/t523574p1/ to read up the already existing conversation.

My product name is XPO and works with any two TXs using any technology from 2.4Ghz to AM radios, any combination you want, any mode you want. The two TXs on the ground are NOT connected to each other and do NOT have to be the same brandname or technology.

Hope you like it.
