92mm and you are safe. Some run 95mm but it is possible to get a tail blade strike. The Titan boom is best as it has much more clearance and you can run 620 main blades and 95mm tail blades.

There's really no good reason to go beyond 92 mm, and decent set of 92mm carbons are stiff enough and big enough to do anything that helicopter is capable of.

I am using KBDD 92 mm tail blades on mine and they hold as well if not better than some carbons out there. Very stiff and hold up to crashes alot better than carbons do.

I have seen some 620 blades and 95 tail blades that will interfere. You'll want to check your combo to see if the can touch.

I fly Rotor Tech blades and I think they are a little shorter than 620. I think they are about 610 but I have not measured them.

95/620 are close and since not all manufactures measure 620mm's the same you just have to check. The NHP's and Mavrikk G4's I had would both collide with the 95mm rotortech tail blades. Tested it statically

I use the KBDD 84 mm on my 50 Titan with 620`s and they work very good and never have to worry about hitting the blades or the ground .

The KBDD blades are a stiff nylon plastic material. very strong very aggressive and cheap to boot.
