I do two things.

First, I set my pitch curve to 0-50-50-50-100. Therefore, I can get the stick exactly at 50 with no effort (you can also just do a flat 50-50-50-50-50...).

Second, I take my align 2.5mm hex driver and stick it in the blade grip. With the flybar level the driver will point straight down the main shaft when there is zero pitch on the main grips. I adjust the links until zero pitch, and I spin the head and do it on the other side. Even if the grips are 100% symmetrical and at zero, some blades may still not track perfectly. Most have been perfect after doing it this way, but I did have one set of blades that required blade tracking at the field.

Yes, I take the blades off. Also, the align 2.5mm hex driver has a 3mm round shaft, and it fits perfectly in the blade grip holes.

I do the same thing with the pitch curve as Ken22golf but only one problem i found with. Electrion 50 pitch usally does not equal physical on the sticks. At least on the 10c and 9c. And i have not found a way to move the sticks to be physical the same as electionly.

I use an wrench through the blade grip too. Works great and I don't need a pitch guage to set up my heads. I have used this trick for the last 5 or 6 helis I have built and it works great every time.
