I have about 13 flights on my Frenzy now and loving every minute of it, however, I have noticed that my grips were getting a little play in them. They come with a small back spacer and a thin silver washer that goes between the grip and the damper. I took the grips off after the fist 5 flights and noticed that the spacers were starting to eat into the damper itself and cause some premature wear.
Use one side of a thrust washer ball race as the spacer. Slide it onto the spindle with the race side toward the yoke. Next slide on the thin silver washer, then the grip it's self. Get rid of the small black spacer. When you do this, the larger diameter thrust washer takes the end play out of the grip and gives more surface area for the damper to sit against. No more end play and the chewed damper problem is resolved!!!
Just thought I would share.
I sold another one to Terrafirma...... wife wants to know where the money's at!!!!
