If you are out-flying them, please post a video.

it's hardly a secret, but has been used many times to increase power. It's the U-M-N upgrade. Simple, and works just about on any engine.

You can be sure that if there were an easy way to gain more power from your engine, the engine manufacturers would have done it. Sure people do things like grind here and there but that almost always takes away from from user friendliness and smooth running.
Run a quality 30% fuel, make sure that your engine is in good condition, be certain that your helicopter is set up correctly, don't over pitch it, learn good pitch management, and fly it.
See...nothing to it!

Use More Nitro...

since you are flying at higher altitude you might use a wide chord blade to ensure getting maximum bite.

Instead of modifying the engine to get more power, also you could try changing the main gear ratio with lighter and shorter blades.
If you are willing to spend some money, the Revlock 40 with the collective management it can help you a lot to maintain the rpms.
I know the question is how to modify the engine to get much more power... If there is a way, also I would like to know!!
Probably the closest answer for your question comes from the manufactures... Novarossi 57, YS 56, OS 55, TT 100
