I can fly 10 flights aday with my furion running. I've never had my Furion flying more than one week without a crash or something so I dont know about a week. But it looks like me like around 50-70 flights a week.

Its nice to see im not crazy flying as much as I have been cause some of you guys blow me away haha.I like flying alot, once I get the first 2-3 flight in for the day it seems I fly a little harder and find myself doing alot of things 5 ft or so off the ground.I know I post ALOT of videos but find my videos helping me alot with flying. If I watch a video from 2 months ago then one I just took,I see a BIG change in my flying. It just seems the more you fly,you get better faster, you fly harder and the less scared you are <---- anyone ealse feel that way or is it just me .Well im about to load everything up and head out .

Ady,

Every time you go fly you should do something really nice for your wife. That way over time she will learn to love R/C helis. If that works let me know, hehe.

even not doing anything would have been better than nothing...

I normally get about 20 flights a week

0-20 packs depending on what the day is and what the weather is like .

On average I would say 2-4 packs on a nice day. If I devote a day to heli flying 9+.

I sim pretty much everyday for a hour or more though.

The bulk of my flying is done on the weekends. I'll start the day Saturday with a warmup on the 450, then I'll fly about 5 flights on the nitro. After that the brain is done. I did 8 flights once, it was too much for the brain and I was having too many close calls. 4-5 flights are enough. Repeat that on Sunday. I'll fly a pack after dinner, weather permitting, during the week. I am down to one good pack for the 450 and every time I go to buy more something else needs money. Plus, given the choice, I would rather buy fuel for the nitro.

I could fly more nitro during the week, after all, I have my own field outside the back door, but I don't for two reasons. One, I can't afford to burn that much nitro, but the main reason is if I did it every day, it wouldn't be as much fun as it is on the weekends. I work every day, and part of getting through the day is looking forward to the weekend. If I had all my nitro fun during the week, it would take away from the weekend fun for me. Flying the 450 once a day after dinner if I feel like it or weather permitting is enough to scratch the itch without doing it too much. When I fished, I was the same way. I was leasing a house on the water, and I had my boat at the dock. I could have bass fished every single day, but then it wouldn't have been as fun. For me, part of the fun is the anticipation of the fun.

Between the 450, the nitro, and the sim I get plenty of flying without going overboard.

+1. For the last six months or so I have been helping three other guys get a grasp of this "whacky" hobby. So my own fly time has been sacrificed to help and coach, which is fine with me. Pretty much weekends only now-- Sat. and Sun. morning only but the interaction and laughter is actually more Fun than the flying itself, so to answer your question----twice a week, maybe 6 flights if I'm lucky

I fly 1 to 6 flights on a daily basis all year long. I do take days off here and there but on average its 1 to 2 gallons of fuel per week.
I average about 60 to 80 gallons a year.
That's three times what I pay for home heating fuel for a year.
I just love to fly helicopters!

I haven't flown in like 2 or 3 weeks since I got back to school. It stinks but school takes precedence right now. Hopefully I can get out there soon.

Man oh man

The nitro plants love you guys, what a great support for them!! I can't even imagine how many gallons of nitro were gone through at IRCHA. That has to be by far the biggest money maker in this hobby...
