Thank You Scott Gray for sending me a replacement ReactiveX Regulator. And thank you Grand RC for not even calling or picking up my calls. Let me see....looking at my credit card statements i spent well into the thousands with GrandRC and the first defective part i get blown off. You know dam well you lost me as a customer, telling me not to buy from you anymore because i posted the truth on RunRyder was not necessary.

Grand R/C is first class IMHO, done lots of business with Ed and I find him a straight forward person who stands behind what he sells

i understand the RR posting rules mostly except for that one. I've seen a number of fly by night operations that members on here have been able to warn each other about before too many people get taken. I'm guessing that rule has to do with protection of site sponsors.

I read that policy and it forbids solicitation of a particular or announcing products not received. You cant take a rule and twist it around for your self benefit tomake your friend look good, Dood. Im doing neither, just telling other consumers about my experience, and i would appreciate the same before i spend my hard earned money and get taken.

I shop from Grand RC and I never had a problem with them when purchasing. That's the truth. I live in Calif but work in Mass. Does that count?

Is Mt Airy, Maryland far enough away for you crybaby?

Here is my experience with GrandRC, I purchased a Trex 700 from GrandRC and on the third flight a tail blade was slung off and the heli crashed, I found the blade and it was obvious that it was a faulty blade. I started a thread to warn people here on RR to check their align blades for lose brass collar in the root. I contacted Ed at GrandRC and he said he saw the thread and agreed with me that it was a bad blade.

Without me asking, Ed said give me a list of Align parts that you need and I will send them to you, he then said he would give me a $250.00 store credit for the Hatori Pipe and the damaged servo's that were not covered by Align. Ed honored his promise and I'm a customer for as long as I'm in this hobby

Ed is first class and GrandRC has great prices to boot

So quit your sniveling and go Fly

sounds farfetched, Mjy1288. So how about replacement parts for what that faulty regulator fried? Im not asking that, just a courteous place to buy from. Heres an experience for you, I had a faulty aspire multigov i purchased from readyheli.com. and sent it into them. they said it showed signs of damage from a crash. I immediately called them back and explplained to them i didnt crash, it burned out on the second flight and the cracked case was from my prying it off the frame frok the two sided stickey tape and the bent pins were probably caused from me oversstpapping it on the plugins with the velcro straps. But they did actually, professionally return my phone call and communicate with me and gave me an option to send it to the manufacturer for repair and i didnt care if i had to pay for the repair. They didnt hang up on me telling me not to buy from them anymore because i posted my experience with them on runryder. they didnt blow me off like GrandRC does.

WTHFORD, i said i would appreciate unbiased posts. my last thread was bombarded with your posts as if you worked for GrandRC like those irritating spams you get on your email you just cant seem to get rid of

You asked for some input from (as you called it) unbiased customers and I shared my experience with GrandRC with you and you call it "farfetched" So you think I'm exaggerating? WTF is wrong with you?

Close the thread and hope that the many RR members who have witnessed the self started Pity party will not remember you. things don't always go your way, get over it. sniveling on RR only makes you look like a crybaby. You got it replaced and you are still sniveling over how somebody reacted to you taking your complaints to an open forum instead of waiting for a return phone call

You are a juvenile

HEY, EVERYONE VIEWING THIS THREAD........

Take a look at this guys posting history, this is not the first time he is attacking an RC retailer, his whole posting history is nothing but complaints about stuff that broke while he was flying, and a few "thank you's" to the retailers who buckled to his (shake downs) whining here on RR.
