Here is what I sent you in a PM in case someone else needs to know
I use the big futaba wheels which makes the rod from the servo to the bellcrank parallel to the ground. The back bellcrank should be vertical yes I think my top ball is at the highest point vertical in line with the pivot screw. Make sure you put jb weld on the pushrod link between the servo and the bellcrank and insert the cf tube on it and crank down the links so that they are tight on the cf rod and the whole thing feels like a 1 piece unit. You'll need to dry fit first to make sure when they are tight with the servo horn ball on the bottom (vertical) and the bellcrank straight up and down.
Other than that for a tip I'd say assemble the whole heli but leave gluing in the back end of the tail pushrod to the end as the last step after the servos are in and everything else is built. You can build the mechanics bellcrank end with the brass sleeve and glue it with jb weld, the other end you need to have everything together before you cut and glue that one in.
