The purpose of this thread is to:
1) Share our settings to see what works best
2) Share information/tips and HELP each other out.

Even if you don't want to share your info, let me know if you have a Joker 3.

I own a Joker 3. It has only been in the air 4 times but flown beautifully from the first time.

My set up is:

Joker 3 flybarless
TTube tail system
Mavrikk G5 690mm main blades
Minicopter 105mm tailrotor blades
2 6s in parallel 5,000 mAh
Kontronic Power Jazz 63V (about 200 grams of muscle)
15 teeth pinion
Perfect regulator CCPM 4.8 - 8.5
2s lipo 1,800 mAh
X-era 4035/2.5y
Mikado Vbar
DS610 on cyclic
Futaba BLS251 on tail

I'm just in the process of breaking out the packs. Once I do that, I will push it more and let a buddy (hard 3D pilot) fly it and possibly post the video here.

What's the total weight of you Joker? Mine is 12 pounds.... kind of heavy but doesn't feel heavy in the air. I PowerJazz is an overkill so I might replace it in the future if I find a buyer. No overheating that big boy though. Also, the batteries I'm using are inexpensive Turnigy ($100 bucks for each 6s) kind of bulky and heavy. That might also have to go at some point. The machine is VERY solid. I'm currently looking for a safe way to safely transport it. The hard case golf case I purchased ended up being too small and I would have to take the skids off the make it fit so I'm re-starting my search.
