I bought a set of G3 600mm MAH main blades for my Trex 600N and the blades have a good size gap between the blade and grip .I was told I need washers but they didn't tell me what type or size.Im calling my local hobby shop tomorrow to see if they have what I need.If they don't have the washer or washers, what do I need to get and is there a online hobby shop I can buy them from?I dont know if I need plastic/metal ones or what size.Rather know what I need to get than slap any washer in and have the grip blow apart. Thanks guys .

Most blades like Radix have washers included with their blades, packed separately. If you can't find the washers at your LHS, try a hardware store that has a good selection. You will probably need 1.0mm thick washers. Sometimes a "fender" washer will work, but in your case maybe too thick.

Woah, there is something wrong here. MAH blades have a 12mm root thickness and this blade thickness works on T600's, SDX's, EVO's, Raptors and just about every other 50 out there. The Radix 600's are 12mm roots too, so what's the difference?

Thanks for the tip's ch-47c .

TMoore,my Radix fit perfect but the MAH don't.On the back of the blades it says 9/49/603..If im right the 9 means 9mm thick at the root,49 means 49mm wide and the 603 means 603mm long..A buddy and I put my calipers on my Radix and there 12mm at the root where the bolt go's through and the MAH's are 9mm thick at the root..

I guess I need 2 1.50mm washers right and do they go on top or bottom of the blade?

I don't know those blades, but most pack the washers in the small box top....check bro, you might have missed them.

Radix do come with washers in the little folded-over compartment of the box where they hang on a nail/peg. There is usually 4 washers in there. They come with 4x 1.0mm. I've had some come with 2x 1.0mm and 2x 1.5mm. When I had a mixed set, I just put the thick ones on the bottom of both grips and the thin on both top. I didn't notice any unusual results while flying.

I reuse the old washers now so have I few spares to shim accordingly.

You're lucky, shim with a few washers and you are all set. I had the opposite problem.

I bought an Align T-Rex 450SE V2 kit, which included a set of Align CF white gel coat blades, and they simply didn't fit the grips because their roots were too thick. I could (or should) have sent the blades back, but it was not worth the hassle and cost of two-way overseas shipping. I just sanded down the blade roots until they finally fit the grips. And then, of course, had to re-balance the blades.

I have not seen a set of those blades. I have 6 sets of the 600mm G3 blades all with 12mm roots.
I guess I need 2 1.50mm washers right and do they go on top or bottom of the blade?
Now you're answering your own questions and yes they do need to go top and bottom.

Heliproz and others has sets of blade grip shims that come as set of different thicknesses so you can match your exact needs. DO NOT, DO NOT run with the blade grips squished down to fit the blades and DO NOT, DO NOT force the grips wider to accept missized shims or oversized blades. Both circumstances are very dangerous.

Sweet, ill look at heliproz once the parts I bought gets here.I know I need to order a few other extra crash parts so I don't wanna order one thing and pay shipping twice haha.I'll make sure the right shims are installed, the last thing I want is to have a grip fail in the air .

Brunobl if u had scraped the gel coat off the bottom of the roots they fit fine , u will see there the standard carbon blades just gel coated which make them look nice but thicker and heavier.

With the 1.0mm and 1.5mm shims installed, there were no forcing of the blades and shims to fit. After the bolts were installed the blades swing freely and have to be tightened as usual. Obviously you don't want to fly with them flopping around in the grips and don't pry the grips open.

lightningrc, I have seen other identical blades at the flying field and no-one had to scrape or sand the roots to fit. It really does look like it was the specific set that I got that had something wrong.

...This is the blade:
