ALL IS SOLD
OS 70SZ-H and Hatori SB70 Muffler are still available: $200.00 Shipped!
I'm selling my great and nice flying Raptor 60V2 with an OS 70 SZ-H installed, a Hatori SB70 muffler, long boom converted, and with the optional 9.1 ratio (using the 91 teeth Main Spur Gear, PV0298), chosen for the OS 70.
Note: If you ever want to install a 90 engine in this heli, you'll only need to buy the 11 teeth pinion gear, and that's all. Cost: $7.00
The heli is in great condition: All ball bearings has been checked and the ones found not smooth were replaced. All ball links have been inspected; the ones found loose were replaced with new ones which were re-sized for smooth operation using a resizing tool. I assure the assembly of this kit is as per manual: Grips thrust bearings installed in the correct order, tail mechanism is smooth, and locktite and CA has been used where needed. The airframe itself is in mint condition as you can see in the pictures.Very important: The heli has a Metal Center Hub which is tight and rock solid on the mainshaft, contrary to the stock plastic hub, which is loose on the mainshaft.
The airframe comes with 80 durometer dampeners (red), but will include a pair of the 70 duromenter (blue) and stock (black) dampeners. The heli also has the 3D heavy duty clutch & clutcbell installed. The airframe comes with a nice looking header tank, big flow fuel filter, and engine have colored pointers installed in the needles that improves their look and adjustment task. Grommets and and protectors are installed in the aluminum frame holes where wires and fuel lines pass through to prevent them from getting cut. The airframe has servo, gyro and governor sensor wires holder installed in the right side, that will help you install your gear. The engine Fan has a pair of the Futaba GV-1 magnets already installed, and in the proper orientation. In the tail section, carbon fins are installed.
All the links and mechanism in the heli are already adjusted for a good 3D setup. The Futaba wheels the heli was using when properly flying are included. This means, if you have Futaba servos, it is a matter of installing them, center them, adjust your throttle curves and EPA, and you're ready to go. For those that will use other wheels and brand of servos, it's a matter of installing the balls and center the servos, set the curves, ATV and ready to go.
The helis has an aluminum servo mount in the boom, and a carbon rod for the tail servo.
The heli don't has many flights on it, probably less than 15. Myself, I flew it 8 tanks. The heli flew well and smooth. The engine started easily and never flamed out.
The engine has no more than 4 gallons of fuels on it, and it looks like new. So is the Hatori SB70 muffler; no dings or spots.
A number of extra parts will be included with the heli, as shown in one of the pictures:
1.PV0351 Reinforcement Ring
2.PV0186 93T Stock gear
3.PV0144 New Normal Clutch
4.PV0143 Like new Condition Stock Clutchbell
5.Used Bottom Carbon Brace Stiffener
6.PV0124 New Flybar Control Arms
7.One Hardened and one normal mainshaft, both new
And other parts you see in the picture...
PLEASE NOTE ALL THE HARDWARE TO INSTALL THE SERVOS IS INCLUDED.
I've included a great number of pictures that will provide information about the heli and engine condition, and what you will get in the buy.
I assure you'll like this heli; it looks, its condition and its cleanness. You won't have a "suprise" with this sale, as sometimes happens when you buy "good conditon" used stuff to later find it isn't in a good condition. (As has happened to me, and the sellers don't even make any effort to make things right, Ouch!).Please, note the last picture, in which the heli is with main blades and servos is when I had it flying. I've included it for reference purposes only. The heli doesn't come with main blades nor servos.
I have the boxes and manual for the OS 70 engine and Hatori SB70 Muffler. A printout copy of the latest version of the Raptor 60V2 Manual is also included. The price for everything you see is $400.00 or best offer, plus shipping.
Yes, I know, cheap!
