So does anyone know much about the Axiom FBL or had a chance to try a pre production? According to their website it should be available at the IRCHA next week and yet I can't find much about it

I'm quite impressed that it comes with an LCD programmer for field use and will also have a USB connection. It also costs less than the market leader without a programmer. Lets hope it's also going to be up there with the best.

I have the first production unit on my 700N and flew it for te first time yesterday. Got about 8 flights on it and all is well. Still need to tweak a little more to get it perfect.

I am in Atlanta now on my way to IRCHA, if you would like to see it just track me down at IRCHA. We will not have them for sale until the week after IRCHA.

FYI the first 100 units will be sold for $349.99 and will include the Axiom and LCD Programmer!

We will also warranty the AXIOM regardless of what head you fly on your helicopter!

Are those for sale only at IRCHA? Any way to order for those not attending to IRCHA?

Thanks in advance

I am also not going to make IRCHA this year, but I am in the market for a FBL system for my Rave.

To clarify, we will NOT be selling the Axiom at IRCHA. We will have 1 for display and 2 will be installed on helis.

As in my previous post they should start shipping the week after IRCHA.

Mike,
Please give instructions on how to order for 349.99. Do I need a discount code or something like that?

Saw one fly today and it looked real good. It was in a T-rex 700E Suzi Hans conversion with Bobby Smith at the sticks. I was really impressed. I am definitely considering this one for my next flybarless conversion. I really like the price and performance. Finally FBL is becoming more accessible to the masses.

Soon almost everyone will be flybarless, just like almost everyone is on 2.4GHz.
