Does any other Jr. fans want to know what's going on with him! Crew chief changes, and nothing has changed! I think that he just does'nt have it anymore! I've been following him ever since he started in the what used to be BUSCH series, he was good then, his rookie year in Cup was pretty good , but it's been all down hill from then on! He's with the best team out there, and has the same equipment that his team mates have and his performance has been aweful. I can't justify sitting in front of the tv for 3 hours or more ,only to see him finish near the back week end and week out! What do you guys think? Thank's Bill

He's got his head in his a$$, I think he is so fed up with all the attention and hype from the media and such that he just does not have the drive to do what he needs to do.Its not the equipment or his lack of talent or the crew chief...its him.

JR has alot of pressure on him, and has had for many years now,, I think if he would just go raceing to have fun, and forget about all the hype JR would start to win again,, thats my 2 cents worth,, XGM/VGM

There is just too much talent on the track for him to win.
they finally stopped throwing the "JR flag"(caution) when he is a lap down now.

JR'S problem..
Lets be real..he's teammates with the 24/ and 48, which are all CHAMPIONS!!!! you can't be just GOOD, when you are team-mates with the best.. now Hendricks paired up with Tony, and Ryan..JR doesn't stand out anymore.

Hey , ya could start rooting for..ummm. KYLE BUSCH

Marcus is awesome and seems to be the real deal. An excellent racer and an all around nice guy. Good to see him getting his chance at JTG/MWR. In fact, next year, MWR will probably become my favorite team. Reuti is my favorite, then probably Ambrose and I look forward to seeing what Truex Jr. can do over there.

As far as Jr is concerned, the guy can race, he just needs to start going to the track to have fun and stop worrying about when the wins will come. The last few weeks, he's been competitive just a string of bad luck has kept him from the finishes he deserves.

Don't worry Jr. fans, it'll turn around for you. Just think of Gordon last year when everyone was calling for Letarte to be pulled as crew chief. Now, he's in the top 5 every week and is a threat to win the whole thing this year.

This year, I just hope Montoya doesn't win it all. I can't stand that guy.

The problem with Jr is all in his head. Like what has been said before, if he would just drive to have fun, he would win. He has the tallent, he has the car, and the team. He CAN do it. He just needs to drive, and not worry about the little stuff, like the other 42 drivers, and the money, and the sponsors, and the fans, and the points. Should be easy enough, shouldn't it?? Sure do miss Sr. I would love to see how he would be doing with all these new young guys. Racing is racing, anything can happen.

Agreed JRjoe!

The issue that I see is JR is the last to adapt to the COT.It damn sure is not the car,Hendrick Chevrolets are the best in the buisness.JR just needs to forget he is driving the old school rides and get on with the change!Once he does,he'll be up there with Tony and Jimmy winning again. This is just how I see it

I would however like to see Hot lil Danica feilding that 3rd Stewart Haas machine for 2011 seasonlol!

Jr = Over-rated.

Seriously, the proof is in the pudding, what has he done? If it weren't for the last name, he would've been dropped long ago.

Say what you will, Hendrick drivers are top notch, Mark Martin aside, (I think he hates kids and dogs ((happy gilmore shameless plug)). All this hype over Jr kills me. Switching to Hendrick, dumping Eury Jr., and still what has he done, nadda.

All Hype!

Its simple...........He is not his daddy. and never will. I think Hendrick should drop him next year and go after Danica Patrick

It's a complex, costly, glow powered anti-gravity machine!

I could not agree more. Many would say that Patric does not have what it takes, that she couldn't handle hangin with the boys. I for one would love to see exactly what she CAN do. You have to admit, it would make NASCAR just a little bit more interesting.

There are a lot of famous people in the world that have made it on the last name and not the skill or talent.. Sooner or later it comes full circle... Jr. is not the only one nor is NASCAR the only place it happens..

Rick

If in doubt lean it out . We don't do this to save money, we save money to do this

Guys,

I have just had 5 weeks in the USA.
Went to Daytona Speedway in Florida and did the Richard Petty Driving Experience. Did 3 laps of the 2.5 mile circuit at 160-170 MPH. What a real experience. I paid extra and got the in car video of my experience.
Any NASCAR fan should do this. The Richard Petty Driving experience is conducted at many speedways across the USA. Being from Australia I wanted to do it at Daytona.

Regards

My brother in law did the Richard Petty driving thing and he said it was AWESOME! He turned some pretty quick laps, he was the fastest one in his class!

I'm really getting discouraged with JR's performance, a 39th place at Watkins Glen, come on!!! I know Danica Patrick would do better than that and she's never even driven a Cup car for pete sake!!! I've got a ton of JR stuff, dicast, clothing etc... I think I'm gonna get rid of all of it pretty soon!!!

I kinda think that too, but he's been driving these COT's for a couple of seasons now, you would think he would know what to tell his crew chief by now.
