Hey - it looks good.

My Italian is not that good but I got the basics.

For ease of RR use herewith (GMAURO - correct me if I'm worng):
Motor: scorpion 4035-500
ESC: turnigy 120A-hv
Gear Ratio: 11/93
Battery: turnigy - flightmax 10S 5000mAh 25-30C
All up weight: 5.7Kg,
Flight time: 7.5 minutes
Head speeds: 1850 in idle1 and 1980 in idle 2

What conversion is it? It looks really good.

A few observations:
Wouldn't 12S be better? Assuming 85% efficiency of the motor, the max headspeed you can run with 10S is only 1860 which might account for the 7.5 mins of flying time. With 12S the max headspeed is in the region of 2200 which might work out better for your 1980 rpm in idle 2 and give you more flying time. Even going for a 550 motor, you would get 2050 max rpm on 10S and probably also increase your flying time.

Have you tested other gear ratios and battery/motor combos with this conversion?

Cheers
Marc

I, the configuration posted is correct, but I don't have tested hoter configuration (12S). In september I test the 560 kv motor whit 10/95 ratio and hifei speed controller whit integrated data logger. but turnigy esc is very good product for the price!!

today after 12 flight whit zippy 30C and turnigy 25C battery I prefer the turnigy battery , have better performance after 6.30 flight time, 8 awg wire (zippy 12awg) whit my idea the 25C declared is too low (or 30C of zippy is too high)

Sorry for my bad english.....

I don't have buyed the conversion kit, the motor mount and pinion adapter is homemade.
At my home have the tourning and milling machine and I have manufactured all the parts for conversion (minus inner thread M9x0.5 executed in the hoter factory.)
