After the first flight I saw some high frequency vibrations
After inspecting the heli I found out that there is a “spacing” left on the head !!
And the grips moving left/right about 1mm , I opened the head checked everything and all seems to be Ok !!
I assembled everything back again , checked on desk and it seems ok.
After hovering I saw this spacing occurs again !!... any idea what is the problem ??????????

Second issue is grease coming out from the one way.. is it normal ?

Wow that's bad! (You knew that)! I don't think there's even any grease on my raptor one-way. Just a film of oil and no issues.

Did you miss-out some dampers from the head? Or some shims missing? I remember having infinavation dampers in my R50 and they were too short, making the spindle seem too long, giving the same problem you have above. A mate machined a smidge off the spindle for me.

On my R90 the dampers are slightly compressed to get the bolts to nip-up onto the spindle.

Ad1) If really nothing is missing the spindle definitely is too long.

Ad2) That`s normal for Srimok`s. But not good looking anyway.

Check the weight of the blade grips. We had a Cyber head that had a machining error in one of the blade grips. The result of the error was that one blade grip was heavier than the other and this resulted in the same issue you have.

I can report same issue as flie2306 have with blade grips.
My Srimok serial is 900221.

I filed spindle from both ends a bit, but still had vibrations and wobble.

Next I will scale them weight difference.

I have now scaled the weight of blade grips and difference was
0.07 g = 0.002469 oz

See pictures in my gallery:

There seems to be some weight difference, but would that much effect?

Spindle is made bit too long (1,3mm) by Kasama, hopefully this will be fixed in future.
This might be the reason for wobble I believe.
