well, back home now and though the turnout wasnt as big as i expected, there was quite a bit of flying and some impressive flying too. it was refreshing to be able to watch Matt and Bert fly one on one and one at a time. you really appreciate these guys talents when you can watch a session of their flying without interruption or distraction. that logo 600 of Matt's is super fast and has to be seen to be believed. i visualized it in an airwolf fuselage going those speeds, very cool! there were some other really great 3d pilots there as well who i am not familiar with but great flying guys!
although i have seem Mac's B29 and X1 demo a few times before, it is always impressive to watch.
looks like i was the only scaler but thats cool, it was nice getting all the scale attention

drive a rotary, fly a rotorcraft

A big thank you to everyone who attended! We had 31 register pilots.

Matt's Logo 600 was clocked at 115mph, very impressive! Bert was bringing it as usual, awesome flights with the Trex 600 and 700.

Those who didn't stay for the night flying Saturday missed out! Lots of night flying from the ATL crew with Trex 600's, 700's, and a Velocity 50. We also got a demonstration of some top secret night blades being developed by a fellow RR member, they were absolutely amazing!

This was one of the best fun flies I've been too. The night flying was a blast, what a perfect field for it!

Is anyone gonna post pictures?
