hmm
No I am not looking into getting a gasser right now. Just taking notes on things thats all. Let me say this quality on engine work matters much more than the frames.

I have been monitoring this thread and I like the spec's of the RJX Gasser but how can you convince me that this would be a good investment at this time.

Please forgive me but i'm concerned about my initial investment. I have owned and support RJX models in the past but with this economy and not having any current vendors supporting their models and parts here in the USA?

I agree with you Nas if I was living in the USA - Why would you invest in any product where there is NO vendor to distribute the goods!
Why is that?
Guess I'm lucky we have a RJX distributor here in the country which usually means items arrive the next day etc .....
Can only convince myself hence why have gone foward with this conversion gasser kit.

Hi Guys, I am currently testing the gasser right now and was very impressed with this kit, the fit and finish is very nice as the extra parts like clutch bell and 2 pinions and main gears, skid dampers, extra boom and main blade holder. carbon tail blades and aluminum everthing it seems. I have one motor over there being tested as well as the one I have. Frank's feedback has been positve. as far as the crrc pro26. they pretty much copied the zen 26 cylinder and crank. cut off one end and made a smaller case assembly. the motor is light and runs well in mod form. I will let you know when I got it rock'in. peace, Al

It's great if the kit is actually complete / you get what you order, but your kit is not what others are getting...

I have no doubt your motor rocks, if I were going gasser I'd have your mod, no question... Just would put it in something worthy...

Toxic Al,

I would like to see some pictures of the RJX Gasser 90 Kit and close-up pics of the motor before & after your magic.

You are a very well respected person in this hobby when it comes to engine modding and i'm interested in why you have taken an interest in the RJX Gasser?

If you can cosign this kit and there are more US support I might consider on buying the RJX Gasser.

Or are you just testing the motor?

Either way video of the motor and flying from an experieced US 3D pilot would really be nice.

Nas,

Not hard to figure out...

You can convert a R90 or use it in a MinAir or ...

Toxic has an impressive record for producing great motors; RJX doesn't seem to care to support their brand in the USA...

As far as the kit I have goes ,I have the g-10 ,belt drive w/flybar and is off the shelf, from what i understand I got no special "kit". I am testing over here and they are testing over there. the reason I have one is it is hard for me get accurate feedback and shipping motors back and forth is time consuming and costly. I am testing just the motor and set up. I will say that I am impressed and the motor is coming along fine. I will get some shots of my chopper soon. and as far as the motor magic it is hard go from start to finish mainly because it is already in and flying but I will keep you all informed. Peace, Al

P.S. thank you for the kind words guys.

Hello all,
here a short video of the TOXIC Al touched engine with 1800RPM on the head.

http://vimeo.com/9111384

Correct link to the german video....

http://www.rcmovie.de/video/faaccb0...sser-RJX-Hobby-

This engine had only 2 tanks go throught at this point. Also testing a tuned light weight muffler. They had to start the engine with a drill as due the very cold temps (-4ºC) the normal started died. This engine is tuned to get the max out of the engine.

Regards
Frank

I thought the degisn of the gasser engine was completed etc - Hence why the kits are on sale with engine - soon to be with muffler?

So Is there a continuis of mods to this engine before the final product is ready?

eg ....... I have ordered my gasser engine ( think its here already)
Is different to the same engine your working on at present?

that would be a question for Frank, I was asked to get the vibrations under control. I was sent a kit to the testing here but from I can guess at this time the motor is stk. I don't know at this time so Frank would be the one to ask. I can mod any existing stk engines that me be out there at this time.Peace, Al

Hello all,

the kits are coming as actualy already selling. The work we do with engine tuner like TOXIC AL and others are for the persons that want a high power gasser. The Heli in stock form does his work for the "sunday sport flyers" and long flying times.
All gasser have vibrations not more and not less. For high power gassers where you run higher head speeds and more power things must be correct done with the engine.
Peoples that have already the gasser in stock form are happy with it.
So there are no issues with the yet selling kits.
The tuned versions of the engine will be offered asap test are finished. How and from where you can get those engine will be anounced.

Best Regards
Frank

BS Frank,

I'm tired of your lies. All the kits I received had no such extras.

You'll probably blame that all on BFCarbon, even though all the kits I had were pre-packaged with no such extras. Yet with them out of the picture, you are not responsible enough to resolve the issue. (If it is even the unlikely truth, which is highly unlikely.)

Your consideration of the US market is shameful, to it's customers and resellers.

Don't try to BS us, we know better... Money is best spent elsewhere....

BS Frank,

I'm tired of your lies. All the kits I received had no such extras.
About what extras you are talkig.I have not said anything about extras.
I said we are testing tuned engine t offer them EXTRA not included in kits.
So please stop talking if you not read and understand things.
About support what you tell...... I am not obligated to refund a shippment that a dealer has shipped to you with RJX products and that has got lost. If I have shipped it af course I will refund it.(that is what pwkpete (he wanted be dealer) means with no shop support).
You have decide to not go on selling RJX Products so please stop talking.

We are working on this engines still. In the USA TOXIC AL is making them.ASAP this are done everybody can directly contact Al and get this engines. After chinese new year we are working on with the tuned mufflers.

Best Regards
Frank
