For 3D on a 450 size heli my favorite thus far are the Hyperion 325's. They are incredible blades, very snappy and incredibly light.

I had great success using the Radix 325mm blades on a 450 size heli.

I am a Heli addict!!!

Radix 325 They fly AWESOME! Do everything you want, really precise, less bogging and slightly longer flight times (depending).

I like the Radix and the Rotor Tech's. Both great blades. I did find that the Rotor Techs tracked better in fast forward and fast backward flight, and seemed to sit more solidly in gusty winds.

If you go with the Rotortech there is an advertisement on the main Runryder page for buy 1 get one 1/2 off. They had the same thing on 710 Rotortech's before and I picked up two sets, very good blades.
