The engine was still fine two days ago. Today, when I fly it, it loses a lot of power. I need to lean 5 clicks to get the same power as it had two days ago. The outdoor temperature is about the same. What could be the possible cause? The glow plug has gone bad?

Maybe just part of normal tuning? Yesterday I flew and it was fine. This morning I flew it and had to go 2 clicks leaner to have the same power. Last week, I was about 3 clicks richer than this for the same power output. Maybe nothings wrong and its just normal tuning, but definitely check stuff out to be sure.

Setup is everything, All my heli's can fly far better than I can pilot them

The temperature is about the same. Maybe just a bit warmer.

Know where the limit of 1 1/4 turn open is at. Go past that and you start frying the engine.

Humidity plays a large role in tuning. So its not just temp but also moisture content in the air. It is not uncommon to change 4 clicks from week to week.

Start paying attention to the RH or dewpoint and you may see a correlation between dry air wanting a rich setting and moist air wanting a leaner setting.
