I took a pretty good hit with the heli. twisted blades, main shaft, feathering shaft, and busted a few bolt. Now it's all going back together and the right servo is rapidly going back and forth. Do I have to replace the servo or is something too tight?

Disconnect the servo from the swashplate first and see if it follows the commands from the transmitter. If not, the internal gears are probably gone.

You can either replace the gears, the servo with the exact same one from eFlite, or replace all three ccpm servos at the same time with better servos from other brands.

It's easy to find an excuse to do wrong. Hard is not to find an excuse to do right.

Sorry sometimes I forget to put all the info needed. take a fingernail file and file the plastic just a little to make the fit, and you will not believe the difference in how well that little heli will fly

Check Hobby City. They have tons of TRULY inexpensive servos that are awesome and that bring the heli to life... Like the HXT900 which is only $3.65!!!!

the HS65hb is a good choice when cost is a factor. The karbonite gear train is super tough. you'll have to file to get them in as they are the same size as the hs65mg

my friend tried the hs65mg on his heli what a difference. he stopped wasting time replacing the e-flite servos. also he put a 401 and a 9560 on the tail. made a great little heli. the funny thing is on ebay it climbed up to 650 with out a receiver. don't know how that happened but I saw it myself, but I would go with the hb not the mg on that heli.

it flew as stable as a trex 450 v2

good luck.
