Tony got it to 46 I think. With brand new A123's it would top out at maybe 60mph. It's very scary above 40mph anyway..so not much point going faster. The Scooter was designed for about 20mmph..so we're already pushing everything into unknown territory...and you can see Tony took every precaution with his safety gear
